5,072 Farmers in Chinsali Access FISP Inputs

Five thousand and 72 farmers in Chinsali, Muchinga province, have accessed their inputs under the Farmer Input Support Programme -FISP.

A check by ZNBC news found some farmers accessing farming inputs from various agro-dealers in the district.

Chinsali District Agricultural Coordinator, FRANK SINDAZI says the area has a total of 8-thousand 4-hundred and 66 farmers under the FISP.

In an interview, Mr SINDAZI has explained that his office is working to ensure that the remaining farmers access their farming inputs.

He has however cautioned farmers against sharing their E-Voucher codes once received, saying this could allow other people to redeem the inputs on their behalf.
