Netanyahu vs. Eisenkot: A Major Test for Israel’s Next Election

🇮🇱 Benjamin Netanyahu or Gadi Eisenkot?

Israel’s October 27 parliamentary election is shaping up as a major political contest, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu facing a serious challenge from former IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot.

Eisenkot, a former senior military commander and prominent political figure, has emerged as one of Netanyahu’s strongest potential rivals. His security background and experience in Israel’s defense establishment could appeal to voters seeking an alternative to Netanyahu’s leadership.

Netanyahu, however, remains a formidable political force. As the longtime leader of Likud, he has a deeply established political base, extensive government experience and strong support among key sections of the Israeli electorate.

The election could therefore become a closely watched battle over security, leadership, the economy and Israel’s future direction.

Who will have the upper hand Netanyahu or Eisenkot?

🇮🇱 Israeli voters, your opinion matters. Who do you think should win?
