Xaven – Heaven Baby (Ayra Starr Cover)

Female heavyweight rapper Xaven is showing a different side of her artistry with her rendition of Ayra Starr’s “Heaven Baby,” stepping away from her trademark hard-hitting punchlines to deliver a soulful love rap that highlights her versatility and emotional range.

On her take of “Heaven Baby,” the Kopala Queen floats over the romantic record with smooth vocals and heartfelt bars, embracing a softer delivery while keeping the authenticity that has become central to her sound. The performance gives listeners a glimpse of Xaven outside the aggressive rap energy often associated with her music.

The cover also demonstrates Xaven’s ability to switch gears and explore a more vulnerable, romantic space without losing her identity as an artist. Her delivery brings a personal touch to the song while allowing her vocals and softer lyrical approach to take centre stage.

With the “Heaven Baby” cover, Xaven offers fans an opportunity to hear another dimension of the Kopala Queen, proving that her artistry extends beyond hard-hitting bars and into soulful expressions of love.
