ZCCM Investments Holdings – ZCCM-IH says it is progressing with its proposed Listing Optimisation Project involving its listings on the Lusaka Securities Exchange – LuSE, Euronext Access Paris and the London Stock Exchange.
As part of the process, the company is considering an Odd-Lot Offer for shareholders holding 100 or fewer ZCCM-IH shares.
The proposed offer will give eligible small shareholders an opportunity to either sell their shares to ZCCM-IH for cash or retain their holdings, subject to the required legal, regulatory and shareholder approvals.
As at July 20, 2026, ZCCM-IH had approximately 5,013 shareholders across its three share registers, of whom 3,637, representing 72.55 percent, held 100 shares or fewer.
However, these shareholders collectively represent only approximately 0.05 percent of the company’s total shares in issue.

ZCCM-IH says the proposed Odd-Lot Offer is aimed at simplifying and optimising its shareholder registers, reducing administrative and compliance costs, and improving shareholder communication and traceability.
The company says the initiative will also provide an efficient liquidity mechanism for shareholders whose small holdings may make it difficult or uneconomical to sell their shares through the market.
ZCCM-IH Chief Executive Officer Kakenenwa Muyangwa says the move is aimed at making the company simpler, more efficient and easier to invest in.
The company says shareholders who wish to remain invested in ZCCM-IH will be allowed to retain their shares.
Meanwhile, the proposed Odd-Lot Offer remains subject to applicable legal, regulatory and shareholder approvals.
ZCCM-IH says where necessary, it will seek approval at a General Meeting of shareholders and issue a detailed circular outlining the offer price, eligibility criteria, shareholder options and implementation process.
The Listing Optimisation Process was first announced by the company in July this year and, if successfully concluded, could have a material effect on the price of ZCCM-IH securities.
