Zambian music duo 4 Na 5 are back with a new music video for their latest release “Balupwa,” a heartfelt song that celebrates the important role friends play in our lives and the way genuine friendships can become a form of family.

“Balupwa” explores the idea that friends are often the people we turn to when we need help, support or someone to stand with us during difficult moments. The song recognises the bonds built through shared experiences and the loyalty that makes certain friendships feel just as strong as family relationships.

Through the new release, 4 Na 5 shine a light on the value of having people around you who can be counted on when life gets challenging. The message is rooted in appreciation for those friends who show up when they are needed and remain part of the journey through both good and difficult times.

The accompanying music video was directed by Gamzy, bringing a visual interpretation to the duo’s celebration of friendship and the people who stand by us when it matters most.

With “Balupwa,” 4 Na 5 deliver a relatable message about friendship, loyalty and the special bonds that can turn friends into family.
