President Hakainde Hichilema says the Government will over the next five years build a strong, diversified and resilient economy to create decent jobs and business opportunities for the people.
This will also address the cost of living by expanding opportunities and benefits for every citizen.
The Head of State said his administration laid a strong foundation for the country’s transformation during his first term, with numerous challenges successfully navigated.
President Hichilema said this when he officially opened the first session of the 14th National Assembly in Lusaka yesterday.
The President themed his inaugural address to the House following his re-election as “Grow Zambia: an agenda for inclusive growth and opportunity for every Zambian”.
