BREAKING: Trump Urges World Leaders to Cut Ties With Iran
U.S. Treasury Secretary says President Donald Trump is personally reaching out to world leaders and urging them to sever economic and diplomatic cooperation with Iran.
The Treasury Secretary said Trump has been making phone calls to leaders around the world, specifically asking them to stop their relations and cooperation with the Iranian government.
The reported diplomatic push comes as Washington seeks to increase international pressure on Tehran and isolate Iran economically and politically.
