Ace Trap – Version Video

Zambian recording artist Ace Trap returns to his element with a thought-provoking new release titled “Version,” a song that explores the different personalities people can present depending on who they are around.

On “Version,” Ace Trap tackles the intriguing reality that the person you know within a relationship may not necessarily be the same person their friends or side partner know. Through the concept of different “versions”, the artist explores love, secrets, trust and the hidden sides of relationships that often remain unknown to those closest to us.

The record presents a relatable scenario, questioning whether people truly know their partners or whether they only know the version that is presented to them. Ace Trap uses his signature style to turn the subject into an engaging musical conversation, giving listeners plenty to think about while enjoying the record.

Produced by Muzobeats, “Version” carries a polished sound that gives Ace Trap enough room to focus on the storytelling. The production complements the song’s intriguing concept while maintaining the artist’s familiar musical identity.

The official music video, directed by Tim K Pro, takes the concept further by bringing the storyline to life through compelling visuals. The video adds another layer to the narrative, helping audiences understand the different personalities and situations explored throughout the song.
