Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that any Ukrainian attacks targeting Russian logistics infrastructure will trigger retaliatory strikes against infrastructure inside Ukraine.
Putin said Ukrainian strikes have failed to provide Kyiv with a meaningful advantage on the battlefield, while claiming that Russia’s own strikes have been “effective.”
The Russian president also accused Kyiv of having “opened Pandora’s box” by escalating attacks against Russian logistical and strategic targets.
His warning comes amid continued Ukrainian strikes against targets deep inside Russia and intensifying Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure.
