LUSAKA, September 25, 2026 — The Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC) wishes to update the general public on the broadcast of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying campaign for the Zambia National Soccer Team. Non-Broadcast of Away Matches ZNBC will not broadcast the away matches in the qualifiers, including the match between Algeria and Zambia, being played in Algeria this evening. This is because ZNBC has not acquired the broadcast rights for away fixtures in the qualifiers. Broadcast of Home Fixtures ZNBC will however broadcast all Zambia’s home qualifying matches. Fans across the country can watch the live coverage of the home games on ZNBC TV,starting with the Zambia vs Togo match which will be played at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola on Tuesday 29th September 2026. The other home matches that ZNBC will broadcast live are Zambia vs Burundi in November 2026, and Zambia vs Algeria in March 2027. To deliver seamless, high-quality coverage of the home games, ZNBC hereby appeals to corporate entities and business partners to sponsor the broadcast of the home games. Interested sponsors are encouraged to contact our Sales and Marketing teams for partnership opportunities.
