SOUTH AFRICANS CALL FOR RAMAPHOSA TO BE GIVEN A THIRD TERM AS VIDEO OF PRESIDENT’S HUMBLE MOMENT GOES VIRAL ONLINE

A video of President Cyril Ramaphosa casually walking through a venue and greeting people has gone viral on social media, with many users praising his leadership style and describing him as a calm and approachable statesman.

The clip has sparked debate online, with some South Africans openly calling for Ramaphosa to be granted a third term in office, despite the Constitution limiting presidents to two terms. Supporters argue that his experience, leadership on the international stage, and role in maintaining stability within the Government of National Unity make him the right person to continue leading the country.

Others, however, insist that South Africa’s constitutional term limits must be respected and that leadership renewal remains an important part of the country’s democracy.

What do you think? Should Ramaphosa be given a third term, or should South Africa stick to the two-term limit?
